Can I buy a Honda Navigation system for my 2006 Accord EX?

I just recently bought an '06 Honda Accord Sedan EX V-6 6-Spd MT w/ XM Radio. The dealership did not have any with the navigation system, but I was wondering if I could replace the center console with one that includes the navigation system? If this can be done, how much would this cost (parts and installation)? Has anyone done this? I assume the $2,000 price difference would have been a better option, but unfortinantly that couldn't happen at the time.
