If it did come with a front license plate holder, you should have screw holes already in it.

My front bumper does not have visible holes for a plate, but a book in the owners manual books will explain in detail how to put it on correctly. That's how mine is...

If you didn't receive the package in your trunk, I'd go back to the dealer and have them give you one. It should come with the car.
