What are the factory hold-back % on VW and Mazda cars in Toronto, Canada?

Im deciding between a new 2010 VW Golf Highline manual, or Mazda3 Sport GT manual, and I want to haggle the best possible deal. Many sites advise of a 2-3% factory hold-backs, but these are america sites, and I dont know if these same holdbacks are available in Canada.What are the factory hold-back % on VW and Mazda cars in Toronto, Canada?"Holdbacks" are generally only used with GM, Ford and Chrysler. I've never worked for an import car company that had them.



Just a bit of advice here. If you're going to keep the car longer than 4-5 years, buy the Mazda. Volkeswagesn are simply not reliable after that.
