This is the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) and it is telling you that there are one or more fault codes stored relating to a current problem with the cars engine management system, and I'm going to guess that its either LOW OUTPUT or INACTIVITY at the lambda (O2) sensor.
Either that or CATALYTIC EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESH HOLD. Which would just need resetting because the cat is new and it may just be a glitch.
Have the codes read out and then point your finger at me and laugh when you find that I'm way off!!!
