The traction control light in my 99 VW Passat flashes on and off?

When I take a turn (driving normally) the traction control light in my 99 VW Passat flashes on and off, but it does'nt stay on. It has only done this a few times. My ABS light does not come one when this happens. It also causes my car to slow down for just a few seconds.The traction control light in my 99 VW Passat flashes on and off?You probably have a bad wheel sensor that's sending a signal to the traction control that it needs to adjust when in fact it doesn't.
