My verizon phone is just stuck on the vw logo?

So my phones screen just suddenly went to the VW logo and is stuck there, tried removing battery, plugging it in, anything else?My verizon phone is just stuck on the vw logo?Try taking the battery out and leaving it out for an hour or so.
