What maintenance should I do to my 2002 VW Passat ?

I have an 02 Passat with 91,000. I was wondering what parts would need to be changed to keep it in shape. I want to change the parts myself or at least most of it and maybe some through a VW dealer. I know the brake pads need to be changed. So i will be doing that in about a week. Also an oil change as well.
