Problem with my Honda accord and its panic feature. Anyone have a solution to this problem?

Ok i accidentally hit the panic button on my Honda keyless remote and now my car will not start. It goes into protect mode not allowing me to start my car. And i read through the manual and found some solutions but it didnt help me. So does anyone have a link to help me get my car started?Problem with my Honda accord and its panic feature.
