That sweet little woman who ran the shop made the best Falafel I have ever tasted. Was anyone out there fortunate enough to get her recipe and would you be willing to share? Plus, her home made Tahini to go over the fried chick pea balls was truly the most wonderful condiment and married the flavors spectacularly. This shop was in operation in the late 70's early 80's. What a great time to be in that area!!! Thank you all.Anyone remember the Mediterranean Sandwich Shop on Ash St. off California Ave.?
Yes I remember! The one in Las Vegas was some sandwich shop!
