Any Palestinians out there to answer cooking / cuisine question?

I buy this marinated grill chicken from the Palestinian deli across the street from my work and I'd like to try to duplicate it. It may not be a Palestinian recipe at all, it may be from some other country, I only assume because the market is Palestinian even though they say "mediterranean" so I assumed the cuisine woud be also.

There's no sauce or coating, it's just marinated with spices and I'd like to know which spices so I could try to make it. The chicken is very yellow, is this maybe from tumeric? It doesn't taste like saffron. I can't think of any other spices that would turn chicken breast that color yellow. If you look at the kebob combo on the menu page you can see a picture of the chicken color. Also, if this is a traditonal recipe, I'd appreciate any links to recipe sites, etc. I'm fully addicted to this chicken.

It could be curry spice. The spice itself will turn food that color yellow.

I would try asking at the deli if they wouldn't mind sharing what spices they use or the actual recipe. They may not want to, but they also may so it's worth a shot.
