What is your favorite ethnic food?

I'm trying to figure out what to make for dinner tonight. I love trying to make dishes from different cultures. I'm Puerto Rican, Dominican, Sicilian %26amp; Japanese- so I've covered all of them. I've done the shish kabob thing, they're Turkish if I'm not mistaken. Anyone have any really authentic recipes? I love Mexican %26amp; Mediterranean food. Any recipes are welcome though. Thanks. =]What is your favorite ethnic food?
Deep fried Polish pirogis (Mrs. T's will work if you can't find home made) smothered in caramelized onions and topped with Italian greens. But don't plan to eat or serve them unless there is time for a walk and a long nap afterwards. Ultimate comfort food!
Chinese, Cantonese specifically. What is your favorite ethnic food?

Mexican.! =)
Enchiladas with beans and Spanish rice. I believe it's more Tex Mex than Mexican. And yes I've been to Mexico and eaten Mexican food. I like Tex Mex better. They usually put better toppings on the food.
