Hi...i want to make a sweet that is mediterranean called "helba" not halva they are different.
It is made up of flour mainly semolina oil and baking powder and the main ingredient which is these little bitter tasting seeds that we in Jordan call "helba" they are boiled and re boiled then used to put in the mixture to combine and make a cake type sweet called helba then you pore some sweet water on it.please tell me the exact measurement's as i know what i need just don't know how much to put.Anyone know the recipe for this sweet?
