What's the best cuisine that you would recommend?

I'm thinking of Mediterranean cuisine but I don't know which Mediterranean recipes to prepare. What would you recommend?

I enjoy eating a variety of cuisines and would be hard pressed to pick just one as my favorite. However, since you're looking for recipes, I'd recommend ITALIAN because of the variety. You can prepare Mediterranean dishes from southern Italy as well as heavier fare from the north. Another plus is that Italian recipes generally require a ton of ingredients.

The best? I can't even answer that. I love food too much. Italian is right up there on top along with Spanish and Mexican.
