I'm thinking of a recipe that wouldn't have tomato sauce at all...but would include mozzarella, feta, spinach, olives...etc.
I fully realize I could research this online, however, personal opinion is best...so please don't merely copy and paste a recipe...if you've never tried it before...home-made recipes are lovely.How to make a good Mediterranean pizza?
Yummy- I love mediterranean flavors- feta may not be enough if you like a cheesy pizza so would keep the mozarella, spread pesto on the base, top with a light layer of mozarella, sliced kalamata olives, pepperocini, some halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle feta over all prior to baking. Sounds delish!
