What should I serve with Mediterranean rolls?

I have a brilliant sounding recipes for Mediterranean rolls made from Ciabatta rolls stuffed with things like mozarella, sundried tomatoes and roasted peppers. They would make a fabulous side to something....but what? My brain has completely let me down on this one.

I'd preferably like something that isn't carb based e.g. pasta, pastry etc, as the rolls are quite large. Any ideas? What should I serve with Mediterranean rolls?
Mediterranean Vegetables with Walnuts and Olive Vinaigrette might be good, or half a cup of White Beans with Cumin. Maybe Falafel with Tomato-Cucumber RelishWhat should I serve with Mediterranean rolls?
Heather, if you add prosciutto and supressa salami to that, it would be a meal on it's own.

The only thing I would add is a nice glass of Cabernet or a Shiraz. What should I serve with Mediterranean rolls?
They sound really nice. I think they would go well with minestrone soup or a chicken, lamb or beef stew.
