How to replace the front turn signal bulb on a 1991 Honda Accord?you need a long phillips screwdriver. look in on the inside of the bumpers grille area and find the screw holding the bumper lense to the bumper. once you have loosened the screw the lense will pull out. then you can turn the bulb socket and take it out.
