My car alarm remote for my 1996 Acura Integra GSR is broken(no it doesn't need new batteries.) My Mom has a spare car alarm remote for her 2003 honda civic laying around, am I able to program it to my Acura Integra and use it?Can a Honda Civic car alarm remote work on an Acura Integra?Civic's don't come with alarms...if you have an alarm it's after market...if your Mom's alarm and your alarm are after market 'twins', maybe you can...ask the manufacturer of the alarm.
If you're asking about FOBS for the car, then NO...the FOB is keyed to your car, it's not an alarm.
You need to contact Acura about a new FOB.
