Would you watch my cooking show?

Mostly Southern Italian food..Specifically Sicilian Calabrese and esp Sardinian where my family is from...also from time to time other mediterranean recipes Moroccan and Palestinian....food I grew up with and that is a part of my life!

It would depend if you have the chops to be on a cooking show, and what you've got to share.



Sicilian cooking has been represented fairly well by Chefs Batali and Bastianich, but Sardinian and Palestinian cooking are less explored.



Moroccan cooking has made it's appearances now and then, but is still underrepresented, definitely a cuisine I'd like to see more of in the near future. The spices and ingredients are exotic and unique - like raisins or figs in Mediterranean couscous. I'd like to see more use of the tagine - very unique cooking vessel.
yes a couple of times and see if you are a good cook and fun to watch(wouldn't want to watch a cooking show if the cook is without a good sense of humor and a good cook too!)Would you watch my cooking show?
