I'm looking for some kind of travel writing about the food around the middle east and eastern Mediterranean e.g. Lebanon/Syria/North Africa etc...?
I'd rather not have a simple 'recipe' book but one which goes into the travelling and experiences behind recipes/the food.
Any ideas?
