1996 Honda Accord EX won't start only makes a clicking sound?

My 1996 Honda Accord will start fine in the morning however if I turn it off and try to restart within a short amount of time it won't start and will only make a clicking noise. My neighbor was however able to get it to start by wiggling the key around. Would this be the starter or some other issue? Any advice is appreciated. Or it could be something completely different.1996 Honda Accord EX won't start only makes a clicking sound?You need to get a test light ground1 side to the battery or engine block %26amp; the other side to the solenoid on the starter (this is the small wire ) and get some 1 to try to start the engine and see if the test light , (lights) if it dont your not getting 12-v to the starter solenoid %26amp; if the test light ( lights up) the starter needs to be removed %26amp; checked by your parts store .CK ALL POWER %26amp; GROUNDS B-4 REMOVEING STARTER.
