How do I make all the lights to work on a 99 VW Passat projector light headlamps?

I just bought on ebay the projector headlights("angel eyes", bmw's lookalike) for my 1999 VW Passat, I installed them, but not all the lights work, I don't know where to connect the LED lights...How do I make all the lights to work on a 99 VW Passat projector light headlamps?http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id鈥?/a>
